1938 Buick Special
This beauty came to me in need of a little attention.
Someone installed a Chevy generator on it which would normally work ok except that it meant the oil caps were upside down.
I put on the correct generator and adjusted the regulator. As well as replacing and making some new wiring where needed.
I also rebuilt the fuel pump and the brake master cylinder.
This car also had an aftermarket series-parallel switch with a special original-looking battery that featured two small 6 volts batteries in one case.
The theory being that the car runs on 6 volts when the switch is in parallel, but cranks on 12 volts when in series.
You may watch my work on this car @TheJayhawker on YouTube.
